Topic: Worn out tile finish

Hello,

I have some red old style ceramic glazed finish in our hall-kitchen. The home is over 20 yo and I think the tile is that old. With sand and grit in MN, it is starting to lose it's finish. Does anyone have any ideas on how to bring that luster back? (Like a lot of things, if you get it wet it looks new but then it starts to fade as it dries).
