Topic: Re: Stand and Seal Health Problems
I am sifting through as much information as I can regarding the matter. I am currently being told by legal, after being filed in the courts in Georgia for over 1 year, that BRTT/Roanoke are only assisting people whom inhaled the flexipel ONLY as flexipel shiould not have been aerosolized. I have a sheet from dupont on the zonyl 225 stating not to aerosol that either. I am being told that I am the only one sick from this and that my symptoms are not the same as others injured. Well I don't know about that because I can only speak of my experience and the experience of the customer whom also became severely ill after using this product. Again, my unfortune was that I did not seek medical care immediately and suffered dearly as a result. If there is anyone else out there that was sickened by any of the other cans, not on the recall, it would be interesting to hear, as it sounds like there may be no recourse or help for us and if you had become ill after using the product and found yourself still not well, at the very least speaking with someone whom can relate may be at the very least something. Zonyl in itself is a bit tough to research as it also seem to be one of those chemicals trying to be phased out of our daily products according to what I can locate thus far. At the time they switched to the flexipel was the same time the red flag was being raised about this ingredient. I wondered if they decided to use flexipel and then, of course, people were seriously harmed, and then they went back to ????? Zonyl???? All I had been told is that per" Roanoke scientist" legal was told my can was made in 2007 and they took the flexipel out. How I asked could my can have been made in 2007 when it was purchased in November 2006. They could not explain that and so I am a bit left with not knowing what truly is in or can. Anyway I ramble to much, I have tooooo many questions!!! I will keep digging around and see if I could find out what happened and when.....and maybe can provide more info to anyone else.
Thanks for your assistance and replies.
