I'm kind of rethinking your post a little here and want to ask you a few questions.
1) what exact type of paver tile are you using ? name, type, etc.
2) you referred to the l/720 for stone installation which leads me to thinking these aren't really brick paver's, or you want to make sure the General Contractor make a solid floor for you.
