I have a new still in the box 4 1/2" Vacu-Guard with Carbide Protection for Bosch and Makita part #VACGR45BC for sale. It cost $146.00 plus freight new. I will sell it for $100.00 including freight.

This is not one of those plastic things that break so easy. It is heavy duty aluminum will last for years.

Payment can be made by making a $100.00 donation to TFP. When "T" tells me he has the money and emails me your address I will promptly send it to you.

Great tool, keep in mind that this hood works best with a 4 1/2" grinder cup and not the more common 4", The 4" doesn't reach close enough to the flat front area of the Vacugaurd, and won't grind all the way to the wall.
Well worth the money.

You are very correct. I got this one a year or two ago as an extra. The one I have on my Mekita is 13 years old and still working great.
