Texas Carpet is selling a SASE Twister flooring demo machine and trailer.

The Twister has only 36 hours of usage. I have the carbide tooth attatchment for ceramic tile and wood flooring removal. I have many new VCT and carpet blades.This is one of the most efficient flooring removal machines made capable of taking up as much as 55000 sq ft. of VCT in a single night. This machine will take up glue down carpet as fast as you can get the removed material out of the way. The trailer that I bought with the Twister is a fully enclosed steel 26 foot gooseneck with steel floor and special made ramp door to accomidate this machine. The trailer is rated at 15000 gvwr.There are two Warn winches in the trailer. One to pull machine's into the trailer and the other to raise and lower the extra heavy ramp door. The trailer is large enough to haul two of these machines or other tools. The Twister is 26 inches wide and 54 inches long and weighs 4200 lbs with all of the weights on. It can be unweighted for transport by elavator up upper floors. It is a butane powered engine with a Zenith exhaust scrubber giving off no emissions.This cost of the machine and trailer was 57000.00.
