I have used this tool for undercutting door jambs, works great for confined areas. Although i have to say it is rather loud, earplugs recommended.

This is one of my favorite tool. Works great for removing excess thinset and grout between tiles.

OK, so somebody spends hours with this tool pulling up vinyl, then what are they going to do? Skimcoat the floor before they can do anything else. Seems a little counter-productive in this application.
