Re: Best and Worst for the Week
Friday was spent fitting the stair runner and ‘pin-dot’ pattern in upper hall. The star pattern was used in spiff-up the coat closet.

Re: Best and Worst for the Week
Great looking job. When you did the steps did you think of making the stars all in the same spot on each step? I did a curved stairway once and did that on each one, really sharp when you see the running pattern the same on each one curving up the stairway.

Re: Best and Worst for the Week
just like sharing the stuff i enjoyed doing. by the way my first hit out at plank(besides me and family's houses). i am 'just' a carpet guy but the shop asked me to to this as well, turned out sweet was lots of fun and was 5 hrs from home, i like biting off more than i can chew. now i want a bigger mouthful .plank was laid on masonite on top of a spring old timber floor, tiles(cpt) direct to that floor.floor wouldn't take a staple had to hand nail the whole thing.
but still enjoyed )

Re: Best and Worst for the Week
Very nice job there Mr. Strip. When I first saw the pattern I thought, bagels!
It must be breakfast week here at the FloorPro. Mr.Strip installed carpet with a bagel pattern and we installed carpet with a Cherrio pattern.
Funny thing about circular patterns, they still have to be kept straight. My hat's off to you Mr. Strip.
Respectfully,
Dobby
