We are doomed for doing business on Good Friday, sort of

Had a friend-of-a-friend want us to do a "consultation" of what flooring she should buy to update her home. Not the cleanest of homemakers, has two border collies, hair everywhere. Since our time is maxed out, agreed to see her on Good Friday. Had misgivings about doing business on that Holy Day.

Monday we locked our keys in the truck. Started the job from hell.

Tuesday our bank card was declined at the building centre because their reader was defective. Lost an hour going to the bank. Late, again. Continued the job from hell, and now the customer hasn't finished what he was supposed to do, back tomorrow am, we are backed-up for the rest of the week.

Won't do that again.

Let's see what clusterf*%k happens tomorrow.

Did I tell ya that the customer's name at the job from hell was Murphy? If it can go wrong, it will. Got er done. Backed up our day, but the rest of the week should be smooth sailing.
