I really cannot give a reliable answer not knowing you or your skill level. One large are with only 3 small seams would probably be an installers dream come true.
For you 2, can you prep the floor properly? Are you planning on trying to loose lay or fully adhere? Most of us would fully adhere. Can you handle the weight? 134 yards + (for pattern matching) is going to weigh a lot. If you are confident in the above, remember to cut everything about 1/8 inch short, do not pinch, bind or otherwise fasten the floor covering to the substrate, and be sure to double cut the seams and seal properly (do not try to straight edge and butt!!!)

Barry, I need a serious opinion about Naturcor flooring. I'm looking to cover about 1200 sq ft. of painted subfloor which includes an entry way, kitchen and large family room. It appears that there will be 3 significant seams, with smaller ones for closet and laundry areas. Do you think this may be too ambitious for this product? My husband and I are DIYers and we're not afraid to do the install, but if this product will not hold up, then I will continue to look for something else (yes, cost is an issue, hense the Naturcor). Thank you for your time, any advice would be appreciated.
