- Thanks for the tips guys. I think I've probably dumped everything useful about this trade I can remember so my usefulness is at an end. Feel free to contact me via email, just state who you are and where you found my email address when you do. And for Thor's sake... GET OUT OF THIS TRADE. It is nothing but sweat and heartbreak. There is nothing left in it anymore.
- Career Highlights
- Started in a carpet warehouse in 1983 during the summers. Signed on as a helper in 1986. Running my own jobs in 1989. Learned how to use a power stretcher in 1992(!). Now I follow the CRI 104/105 to the letter when the boss doesn't push me too hard. I'm apparently a savant with the crab stretcher on glue direct pattern matches.
I was pretty good at vinyl flashing and welding but haven't done it in 10 years. Good with VCT, moderate with ceramic. - Job Title
