While doing a search I discovered my welcome smilie was broken in the first post so I fixed it. Then I found your question wasn't answered, hookknife. I think the reason it went unanswered at the time was because there were no moderators (or Guides) at that time. We have a fine group of staff now and their ranks will grow in the future I'm sure. I am working on a staff introduction page now and will post it as soon as I can. But please be assured that every member of the staff here is and will be a member of the floorcovering industry in one capacity or another. The only exception to that rule is the occasional technical support person who must have staff privileges to work on the forum software.

Thanks for the opportunity to bump this thread to the top again. A big welcome goes out to all the new members. It has been a month now and the forums are busy with a great group of people. Thank you for all your support.
