No big deal... their just fixin something. Look at the bottom of my reply on that topic.... Admin explains.

I like that tile pattern and have done it before. Its a Dal tile is it not? Sells at HD also or used to.

Yeah that's a fella that owns a bank up in Mo. It is a nice house but it had a lot of problems to fix to get to what you see. It involved a giant tent, a negative airflow machine, removal of subfloor and much much more. What fun!!!!!
