 Ok, ya must have changed things on me again.....I will go through and read all the new posts, and then I will go back and respond to ones I want to respond to....and all I had to do was hit the no new posts thingy and it would show me all the read posts fer the last two days....Well somethin is missin cause I can't get the read posts to come back up.....now what do I have to do ........

Prob'ly read the new announcement?
Here are the methods any registered member can use to read New Posts:
You can click the
New posts link in the module called "the welcome block" on the left side of most pages on the site. It will give you a list of all topics that have new posts since the last time you read the forum - the link has the added benefit of telling you how many posts have been made (in this case it's 0 in my personal account's welcome block).
You can click the
New Posts menu item. It will give you the same page as the above option, but that link does not tell you how many posts are new.
You can click the
Quick Links menu item and select
Today's Posts. That will give you a list of all topics that have posts in them made within the previous 24 hours.
If you click the
New Posts link in either the welcome block or the menu item when there has been no unread posts, you get the following screen:
That screen gives you a link to all topics that have had new posts in the previous 24 hours. This is the same as clicking the
Quick Links > Today's Posts menu items.
If you know you have read all the posts, but you click the
New Posts link in the welcome block or the menu item and you get a screen like this:
...you'll please notice that there is an announcement you haven't read. Read the announcement and you will clear the New Posts queue.
Hope that helps you and any others that might be experiencing a similar problem.
