Re: All of a sudden

For sometime on my desktop at work I've been seeing things differently. The page is too wide to fit the screen. Instead of graphics and smileys I see little boxes with "x" in them.

Your browser at work may have different settings than the one at home. If you have images turned off, you won't see them, just a red x if you are using IE.
It might also depend on the browser version you are using. IE 6 was such a bad browser for displaying normal web stuff, most of us web designers had to jump through hoops to make things look nearly the same in all browsers. Now that IE 7 and 8 have been out, most of us refuse to jump through those same hoops for broken browsers.
I have coded all the graphics here with the long form of their location so that, no matter what, the graphics will show unless it is your settings or there is something wrong with the browser or the computer you are using.
If you are using a really old monitor that doesn't go at least 1024x768 screen resolution, you may also have trouble viewing a whole page without horizontal scroll bars. The design here is fluid, meaning it will widen and narrow with your browser width. But smaller than 1024px wide is not supported by this design.
