Your actual speed at TFP

Please help me provide pertinent information to the technicians of our new server. I need to know your actual routing speeds to get to thefloorpro.com. I can't use your guesses or your stop watch timings or anything else. I need it in this format:

Click on Start > Run...
Type in cmd and click OK
Type tracert thefloorpro.com and hit the Enter key
Wait for the data to display and complete and then type in ping thefloorpro.com
After the results are displayed, right-click the black area and choose Select All
Right-click again - this will copy the selected text to the clipboard
Paste the information into the message editor here by right-clicking inside the message editor and selecting Paste

one should note when you right click on step 6 copy is not going to be highlighted for you to click , it will copy automatically .
