Suggestion....

I just recently joined this forum and love the quality information. However, what struck me as "odd" was one of the default forum settings. It seems that the forum mode is set in "linear - Newest Post" when in 99.9% of all other forums oldest is the default setting. Took me about 2 minutes to realize this was the case and switch it back over. Maybe run a poll to see if people agree that having the oldest first so we can read downwards would be optimal as a default setting.

No need to run a poll, it's a dictatorship around here. I had no idea that setting was set to Newest instead of Oldest. I wonder if I made that mistake over 3 years ago, or it was something I inadvertently changed recently. In any case, I made the change and thank you for pointing it out. Thanks too for embarrassing me. But I guess I'll get over it.
