bought a cpt dryer on ebay
and it doesn't work, it only works for like 5 minutes, it gets hot and turns off, I have to wait around 30 minutes for the dryer to cool down, and it starts working again..........for another five minutes haha

I already filed a complain through paypal, but is there a way to fix this if I wanted to?

Sounds like the elements are turning on OK, but the fan isn't coming on.

that would do nothing for me though, I already have the dispute with paypal and if everything goes in my favor, He should be refunding me the money
