Anyone remember what the name of that new tool for ripping up glue down cpt is .. or where the post on it is ..

Taylor now has a new one out also. I did areport on the Jackrabbit in the FCI Magazine a year ago. I think it came out in Feb.

The Jackrabbit is the best tool I ever bought. works great it will even take up double stick in one pull.

I've seen the video's on youtube, seem's painfully slow. Cut the carpet in 4 feet strips (for say a hallway or a 12 foot wide room) and pull it up that way seem's to be the quickest.

Wait till you get one that you have to cut in two inch strips , and have two guys pull on it ..

and the average cuts are 55 feet long. Then after that, you get to floorstone all the VCT tile that came up along with the carpet. Then at last, you can start laying carpet.

Thats been my life since aweek ago monday. Friday we'll finish up and I will be a happy man. I laid the original job ten years ago and apparently I did it right the first time.

They say there's no crying in baseball? Maybe so, but you can add floorcovering as well. We talkin' you better be tough!

Same here Barry .. I tell them if they get hit with a Tornado they will be able to find their house .. Just look for the floor ..
Doing 1700 ' fo VCT now with boarders .. Haven't done vct in 20 yrs .. Hate that crap ..
