floor jack

I bought this from Harbor Freight. It looks like it is a well made tool.
I wanted the Porta Nail model but, this one was $200 less.
I haven't tried it on a job yet. If it falls apart I'm only out $20.

I saw those somewhere and was wishing I had gotten it instead of the portajack. Although if I want to push a wall down, the one I have will take care of it.

Another tool good for pushing boards, at least on wood subfloors, is the crain stairway stretcher.

Just bought one of the cheapy jacks yesterday at Harbor Freight (The China Shop). I have the portajack that cost me around $125 but for $20 I'll keep it as a spare. it doesn't seem to work as smoothly as the portajack but what do you expect for $20 and made in China.
