Wood Science Classes

Industry leading expert and winner of the floor of the year in 2000, Howard Brickman is having his excellent wood science classes with the opportunity to take the NWFA inspectors exam after the class is concluded.

Brickman Consulting was created to provide expert level guidance to clients about flooring manufacture, storage, installation, finishing & proper job site conditions that is firmly based in scientific fact. Howard has been called in to help manufacturers, home-owners, contractors, lawyers, & insurance professionals figure out what to do about the costly mess on their hands.

With 30 years in the industry, Brickman's experience spans across several parts of the industry: flooring contracting, distribution, professional development courses, mill & site inspecting, depositions, & trial testimony. Add to that the countless hours spent weeding through scientific texts as a full-time graduate student in Wood Science & you get the picture.

Re: Wood Science Classes

I moved this to the training news forum so it would also appear on our website home page. Thanks Floorguy. Can I edit your post to add an image?

Re: Wood Science Classes

Floorguy, did you take Howard's course as Brickman or when he was with NOFMA?

I have heard this is an excellent course, but have not attended it myself.

I took it as Brickman Consulting, put on by Inspector Training Services for Floor Coverings, in New Orleans.
