Flooring Warranty Services Inc. Unveils Professional Feather Blending Training Course

Dallas - Fort Worth, Texas, September 15th, 2010: Flooring Warranty Services Inc., a warranty repair company based in the DFW area of Texas, is set to begin a new training course: Professional Feather Blending to meet the rising demand for quality, well-trained service technicians.

This course is designed to expand the number of professional feather blenders available nationwide; providing new and existing service technicians with proven techniques for a variety of color repairs, and ensuring that participants will be able to immediately begin providing these services to their customers.

Since first branching into repairs over a decade ago, Flooring Warranty Services, Inc. has developed a number of new techniques and systems to improve the speed and effectiveness of this still relatively new process. This was done in the interest of achieving a higher percentage of successful repairs and fulfilling the company mission: To better ourselves, our business, and the industry as a whole through effective, efficient, and ethical means. Now proven, these techniques will be shared with participants of the course in order to increase:
  • The quality of repair technicians nationwide.
  • The rate at which repairs can be performed.
  • The size and scope of repairs that can be performed effectively.
  • The effectiveness of current repair technicians looking to improve.

This two and a half day course will ensure that participants will be fully prepared to immediately begin applying what they've learned. In addition to training participants to repair carpet using independently-developed methods, those in attendance will be provided with a solid foundation in how best to provide these services with instruction in handling consumers, dealing with complaints, conducting business, and marketing their newly obtained skills.

What is the cost? Is there a discounted hotel rate for this program?

There isn't anything on the site about the class or cost or date. Maybe they will speak up here.

I have some more information about the class.

The class will be held at the Comfort Inn/DFW in Irving Texas. The hotel is right next to DFW airport and has a shuttle that runs to the airport and restaurants /shopping in a 6 mile radius of the hotel. So if you don't want to rent a car, you won't have to. I will get you nightly rates soon. Lunch provided Day 1 and Day 2.

A quick overview of the class is

How to accurately identify the problem.
Quickly and accurately determining the color needed
Mixing your own colors
Use of tools and equipment
Application methods
Working with the consumer
Marketing your services

Cost is $1000.00

Thanks

Mike

This will be a class that will make you money. I don't know how many of you know Mike and Tom, I do and tell you they are top notch people. Someone mentioned that there were several on the west coast. There is, but some are interested in selling equipment and supplies and then you can learn as you go.

These two do a huge number of corrections and are definately experts. On top of that they are both GOOD PEOPLE.
