I am wondering if Earthscape is easy to install myself. Also, if Earthscape is durable enough for dogs, furniture moving, etc?

Having installed a few thousand yards of it myself, I would say yes you can do it yourself, using the template approach. Just be forwarned, the material is quite heavy, (probably 2-3x as heavy as a normal felt back), and 13'2" wide, so getting it home may be interesting, in you don't have a pick up or van. If you do decide to do this yourself, feel free to ask questions or ask for installation tips here, we will be happy to help (that's why we're here!).

yes.

It is a loose laid floor. It can be adhered with a PSA adhesive. It is very 'heavy' and quite soft. Few have have any problems with the overall performance of this floor if properly installed and maintained.
