flexible stair nose ?

I an going to be puting vinyl on a flight of steps but the bottom one is rounded and I need to fine a stair nose that will flex. any ideas?

I think they make a scribe to stairnose with the contuor cuts fer ya.....

I checked with a local supplier for flooring materials and he said they carry nothing that is flexible. I have one other supplier to check with, but was hoping you guys knew of something

Like CP says there is a 'scribe to' stair metal made. I have never tried to bend it though. I would imagine it would have to be cut like other metals to bend, and I don't think it would bend much.

Rubber/vinyl stair nosings contour fairly well.

While not a true stair metal, bar molding bends well.

With vinyl/rubber stair nosings we used to cut beside the ridges of the top of the nosing on the bend to form the curve so it didn't puker. We called it rat tailling

Is it possible to cut the stair to a 45 instead of a curve so you can bullnose it? I hate round or curves.
