Looking for Wide Plank Sheet Vinyl

We are building a new house and are planning on putting vinyl sheet flooring throughout the entire thing. We have six inside dogs (from 10lbs to 70lbs) who do run and play in the house so we are looking for a tough vinyl floor. A big limitation for us is that we want a rustic-looking WIDE plank wood pattern, at least 6" wide and 8" would be even better. We do not want the skinny 2-3" wood pattern. Our contractor normally puts in Congoleum, Flexitec, or Tarkett so we'd like to choose from one of those manufacturers if possible. Flexitec appears to offer the widest range of wood patterns. I really like their Majestic pattern called Arizona 845. It looks pretty wide but I haven't seen a sample in person yet. Does anyone know what width the planks are on the Arizona pattern?

We also like Flexitec's Wonderwood Boston & Kodiak as well as their Craftmark Kodiak patterns. They all look to be wide type plank patterns with the main differences being sheet gauge and wear layer thickness. Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Re: Looking for Wide Plank Sheet Vinyl

(Tarkett Infinity has one that is a 5" and 7" plank.# 93043 & 93096. )
(# 56002 & 56003 have
5.25",6.25" and 7.25".)( Comfortstyle has 2 that are 6". My sample isn't big enough to see if other sizes are also in these two.#17011 & 17012. )( Congoleum has Evolution that has 4.5" ,5" and 6".)

Re: Looking for Wide Plank Sheet Vinyl

There are many types vinyl flooring available as you can imagine. At a very basic level, vinyl flooring material can be categorized into two different types: sheet and tile. Sheet vinyl usually comes in rolls of either 6- or 12-foot widths, and may be pre-cut to a specific length or custom cut to your specifications.
Vinyl flooring tiles are pre formed to exact dimensions, usually 12- or 18-inch squares and a uniform thickness

Flexitec wood looks are incredible
Just did a in law apartment basement for a friend and he has a tough time convincing people that it's really vinyl.
The stuff is amazing

She seems to like it. I loose-layed it, because it is supposed to be temporary. Someday she wants to refinish the hardwood we covered.
