I think you meant "stullis." I'm sure Scott will feel neglected if I don't clear that up. He's our resident curmudgeon.

Yeah get the name right!

Could probably be doing 10 million if you knew how to bid.

NO! It is not as tough as they say and they do not give you any care instructions. Mine was ruined before it was paid for. They will not repair it or replace it.
well, if you would have bought the pressure sensitive glue that you put on the floor before you you put the flooring in it would have held up much longer

Is there any other store that sells this product?

Yes , where are you located ?

Good morning. I am also looking for another store that sells Earthscapes besides Carpet One. The only reason is because I don't feel comfortable with the pressure that the salesperson is putting on me.

I am located in Iowa.

Thanks.

Re: Should I buy earthscapes from CarpetOne?

From personal experience, I think high pressure sales is a mistake in floor covering. In the 80's a lumberyard chain in KC decided to to into floor covering. I was one of the people they hired. I was also the only one with flooring experience. They put me in the smallest store. I sold 3 times as much as the other stores with half the traffic. The other salespeople were all high pressure. I would ask people if I could help them, if they told me they just wanted to look, I left them alone. But told them if they had any questions, just ask. Most people seemed to like not being followed around. After a few months, I missed installing and went back to the dark side.

Re: Should I buy earthscapes from CarpetOne?

Hi, My name is Tim. I work for Carpet One of Fayetteville,in Fayetteville,NC. I am a vinyl installer of 18 years.I have read these replies. Some true some false.Earthscapes is a very good product.I have been installing this product for 2 and a half years. For your vinyl to perform correctly it must be full-spread,completely glued down. Once you glue it down it will not curl, bubble,or wrinkle. If the floor is not glued down it will expand and contract and with appliances or furniture it begins to bubble. As far as care to this product, its pretty simple, cleaning use a mild detergent nothing harsh, wear and tear, just like any type of vinyl always lift your furniture never drag or push items. Use felt pads under your chair and table legs for easy movement.
I also installed Earthscapes vinyl in my kitchen, Jan.2,2007 it still looks brand new.I have 2 indoor outdoor dogs,3 teenage daughters and all there friends.Still looks great....
I hope this helps you...
