Re: Is this the new look?
Okay, I'll fix that for you, Daris. I don't like it there either. Maybe this weekend.

Yeah well, you were the last guy I wanted to piss off, so I figgered I better get on it.
I got rid of the Log-Out link in that module all together. There's already one in the navigation upper-right and another sitting in the lower-right corner of the forum home. That's enough. Most people don't log out anyway. No real reason to unless you are on a shared computer and you don't trust the other users.
That module now also includes all your notifications, not just for PMs. If someone sends you a friendship request, posts a visitor message, makes a comment on one of the pictures in your album, you will see a "Your Notifications" link right where it links to Personal Messages.
I wonder has anyone checked out the customizing you can do in your profile? I mean not just adding info to the profile fields. I'm talking about changing colors, backgrounds, borders, fonts - you can do all sorts of things to it. I did some modifications to my Jim McClain account so you can see: Floorcovering's Finest Professionals & Most Informed Consumers Present: Jim McClain similar to the colors and style of my enterpriseJM.com website.

Jim

It's not a real Gallery. There's a lot of huffing and puffing over it at the forum software developer's site. They may improve upon the Album at a later date - I hope. But, what we do have isn't bad. You can find your own Album controls in the User CP, in the CP navigation module, second heading down called Networking, the last link, Pictures & Albums.
Visitors to your profile will see a module on the right side that shows you have pictures and albums. There's a link to view them.
Unfortunately, it doesn't use the same upload feature the forums do, so you won't be able to upload images as large as the forum uploads. And clicking an image thumbnail also doesn't make the picture open in the lightbox viewer. It takes you to a new page and if your picture is bigger than the container and your browser width, it kinda messes up the aesthetics - you gotta scroll left and right to see it. You can see the damage I've done with only one picture in my own album: Floorcovering's Finest Professionals & Most Informed Consumers Present: TFP Admin
