  2. Implemented CFI training course for salespeople and installers for the company.
  3. Implemented training with Ardex and other companies.
  4. Lead installation and sales staff meetings company-wide to build teamwork and problem resolution.
  5. Was responsible for service issues, West of 79. Handled customer complaints, claims with mills, sales and installer issues. I answered to Bill Molyneaux, West of 79.
  6. Made jobsite tours with sales staff for training purposes and avoidance of problems. Monitor for installation standards and compliance.
