I am commissioned, to document the facts of the claim in question, with instrument testing, visual, identification and 28 years of floorcovering experience, then applying them to the Industry Standards and Guidelines, along with Manufacturers Specifications, for the products being inspected.
Verbal consultations, if you just need to know, or fully composed Certified reports, acceptable for litigation, to expert witness. My services are adjustable to individual requests.
